Operations Manager
Brett joined his father at the company in 2000. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a major in Business Management and Building Construction, Brett's expertise is evident in his superior project management, as well as his estimating and sales roles. His decades of hands-on contracting experience ensure a positive experience in all aspects of the construction process for clients with projects of all sizes.

Chris Gayler
Project Manager and Estimator
Chris brings a lifetime of construction experience, influenced early on by his father, an architect, and his stepfather, a residential developer. He began working in the trades during high school and later worked as a trim carpenter for a high-end custom home builder, developing strong craftsmanship and attention to detail. He formerly managed his own contracting company, with projects ranging from home renovations to select commercial construction work. With over a decade of customer service and management experience, Chris is known for clear communication, a strong work ethic, and a client-focused approach on every project.

Robert has an extensive background in commercial, residential, and mechanical construction. A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Robert has been a widely respected figure in Virginia's construction industry for 40+ years. He embodies our no-nonsense determination for excellence, client satisfaction, and timely completion. Robert serves as our director of business development
